Lo que me sorprende no es:

- la exactitud en el horario de arribo: 14:45 hs,

- ni el hecho que tengan horario de apertura pero no de cierre

- ni la imposibilidad de tener otro menú en la fiesta del domingo

sino que todo sea TAN INAMOVIBLE que hayan decidido imprimirlo en una placa de bronce.

What amazes me is not:

- the punctuality in the time for opening: 2:45 PM,

- nor the fact that they don’t have a time for closure

- nor the possibility of having a different kind of menu for the Sunday party

but that the time is SO FIXED that they have decided to print it on a bronze plate.
