Ella estaba controlando su ciclo menstrual con el propósito detectar el mejor momento para quedar embarazada. Llamó a su marido al celular; él estaba en casa de un amigo tomando unas copas.
“Estoy ovulando” – le dijo.
“Querida, ahora no puedo” – se excusó él-. “Estoy en casa de Dirk y estamos tomando unas copas”.
“OK. No hay problema” –dijo ella- “pero hoy es el día indicado. Así que a la hora que llegues, haz lo que tengas que hacer; sólo te pido que no me despiertes”.


She was checking her menstrual cycle with the purpose of detecting the best moment to get pregnant. She called her husband to his cell phone; he was at a friend’s home having some drinks.
‘I’m ovulating’ – she said to him.
‘Darling, I can’t right now – he excused himself-. I’m at Dirk’s home and we’re having some drinks’.
‘All right. There’s no problem’ –she said- ‘but today is the suitable day. So no matter the time you arrive, do what you have to do; I just ask you not to wake me up’.
