La película “Beastly” (Bestialmente) trata de un joven tan guapo como arrogante sobre el cual cae una maldición y se vuelve desfigurado.  En el proceso humano que debe sobrellevar para liberarse de esta maldición, es acompañado por 2 sujetos: un tutor ciego y una empleada jamaiquina que hace la limpieza y no tiene documentos.

Hacia el final de la película, las desgracias de todos se van solucionando: primero, el ciego recupera la vista.  Segundo, él deja de ser un monstruo y su cara se vuelve normal.  Por último, como plato fuerte de la historia, y no con menos emoción que los milagros anteriores, la jamaiquina consigue su green-card y todos lloran de felicidad.

The movie “Beastly” is about an arrogant pretty boy to whom a curse is perpetrated, and all his face becomes scarred.  In the human process for overcoming this disgrace and get rid of the curse, he is accompanied by 2 people: a blind tutor and a Jamaican cleaning lady who has no documents.

Towards the end of the movie, all tragedies get solved: first, the blind man recovers his vision.  Second, he stops being a monster and his face looks normal again.  Last, as a highlight of this story, and not with less emotion than the previous miracles, the Jamaican woman gets her green-card and everybody cries of happiness.
