Estoy sentado a la computadora desde las 7:30 AM, ya hace más de 10 horas, y no paré para comer. Estoy intentando publicar un comentario en un sitio de internet y el mecanismo de control me obliga a ingresar los caracteres que se ven en la imagen. “Demuestra que no eres un robot”, dice el mensaje. Me quedo pensando en el tiempo que llevo frente a esta máquina y todo el trabajo que me queda por hacer…

Ingresar correctamente esas malditas letras no es prueba de que soy un ser humano.

I’ve been sitting at the computer since 7:30 AM, more than 10 hours, and I didn’t even stop for eating. I am trying to publish a commentary on an internet site and the control mechanism forces me to enter the characters I see in the image. “Demonstrate you’re not a robot”, the message says.

I keep thinking of the time I’ve spent in front of this machine and all the work I still have to do…

Correctly entering these fucking characters is no proof that I am a human being.
