Vivo en México y tengo una cuenta de banco en pesos, en Argentina. La nueva regulación fiscal establece que ya no se puede sacar dinero en efectivo desde cajeros en el extranjero. Para ello, hay que abrir una cuenta en dólares, comprar dólares y depositarlos en esa cuenta. Al margen de que, por cada compra de dólares hay que justificar el origen de los fondos ante la AFIP (Hacienda), la primer complicación que se me presenta es que no estoy en Argentina para abrir la cuenta en dólares, entonces no voy a poder sacar dinero desde donde estoy. Ante mi reacción de enojo y estrés, mi amigo me dice:

- Cristina no te deja sacar porque no quiere que te gastes su plata.

You’ve got to open an account in dollars for this, you have to buy dollars and you have to deposit them into that account. Apart from the fact that for each dollar purchase you have to justify the funds origin before the AFIP (the Treasury Department), the first complication that arises is that I’m not in Argentina to open an account in dollars, so I’m not going to be able to take money out from where I am. In view of my anger and stress reaction my friend says to me:

- Cristina doesn’t let you take the cash out of the dispenser, because she doesn’t want you to spend her money.
