Objeto-instalación: papel moneda

La mamá compra una obra de arte contemporáneo y la cuelga en el living. La obra está hecha de papel y, en su instalación, se presenta con ondas y relieves. Los hijos se levantan a desayunar y, ya en la cocina, uno de ellos le pregunta a su madre: "¿Qué es eso que pegaron en la pared? ¿Lo van a tirar?". La madre ríe: pagó lo suficiente como para no querer deshacerse de ella. La madre lo invita a ir al living y contemplar la pieza. El hermanito lo acompaña. El primero reacciona: "¡Aaaaahhh! Es la obra hecha con el papel del dinero... ¡como la que está en el museo! ¡Está cool!". Aunque el otro niño también estuvo en el museo acompañando a su madre cuando vieron la pieza a la que se refiere, es muy temprano a la mañana para andar haciendo pensamiento deductivo, entonces su primera reacción es mirar a su madre con desesperación y reclamarle: "¿Qué museo? ¿Qué dinero? ¡A mí nadie me dice nada!"

Object-installation: bank notes

The mother buys a Contemporary Art work and hangs it on the living room. The work is made of paper and, in its installation, it is showed with waves and raised. The sons wake up to have breakfast and, already at the kitchen, one of them asks his mother: ‘What’s that stuck up on the wall? Are you going to throw it away?’. The mother laughs: she paid enough for not wanting to get rid of it. The mother invites him to go to the living room and gaze at the piece. His little brother goes with him. The first one reacts: ‘Aaaaahhh! It’s the work made of bank notes… like the one at the museum! It’s cool!’ Although the other boy also was at the museum with his mother when they saw the piece to which he refers, it’s very early in the morning for doing deductive reasoning, so his first reaction is to look at his mother with desperation and to complain to her: ‘What museum? What money? Nobody tells me anything!’
