Creo que la ‘red’ no está sirviendo para mantener a las palomas fuera del monumento.  O no contaban con la evolución de la especie de palomas Houdini.

I think that the ‘net’ is not being of any use to keep the pigeons out of the monument. Or nobody counted on the evolution of the Houdini pigeons species.
