No entendí el significado dual de esta señal:

- para circular por el puente, sólo con botas negra,  o
- Si circula sobre el puente no se sorprenda si le cortan las piernas?

I did not understand the dual meaning of this sign:

- In order to walk on the bridge one should wear black boots, or 
- If one walks on the bridge should not be surprised if one’s legs get cut?
